Common print sizes
Print ready at 300 DPI means the image has enough resolution for that print size. It does not guarantee the original image is sharp or free of blur, compression, or other quality issues.
What does 300 DPI mean?
For a quick print-size estimate, divide the image's pixel dimensions by 300. A 2,550 × 3,300 pixel image works out to about 8.5 × 11 inches at 300 DPI.
Need the exact size?
See the full flyer and poster size guide for the physical sizes and 300 DPI pixel dimensions built into this site.
Does a DPI number guarantee good print quality?
No. Pixel dimensions, compression, blur, text quality, and the original artwork all matter. The checker only reports the size information already present in your image.
Need the file cleaned up or resized?
CrispyFlyer can clean up blurry, crooked, compressed, or low-resolution flyer artwork and prepare a correctly sized finished PNG.
